- Windshield Replacement: A-1 Auto Glass provides replacement windshields for all vehicle types, both foreign and domestic, including buses, trucks and other heavy equipment. In addition to specializing in RV windshields, we also provide glass for classic cars and boats.
During the windshield replacement process, we perform a thorough check for rust and examine the general condition of the pinch weld to check for problems that may create leakage or an unsafe condition. Prior to installing the new windshield, we treat any rust spots and thoroughly vacuum out all particles that may hinder the urethane from fully adhering the windshield to the body of the vehicle. No detail is left unexamined to ensure a safe and leakage-free windshield.
- Other Glass Replacement: We also replace side glass, back glass, and even side mirrors.
- Largest Inventory: We have the largest privately owned auto glass inventory on the West Coast, which allows us to obtain your glass quickly from stock on hand.
- Warranty with Free Rock Chip Repair: Our work and our product is fully guaranteed against defects and leakage, and includes free rock-chip repair for as long as you own the vehicle. We can repair most rock chips smaller than a quarter that are not in the driver’s line-of-vision. In other cases, safety requires that the windshield be replaced.
- Leak Testing: If you find yourself with a leak, we will trace the source point for you. And if the leak does originate from around the windshield, we will fix it.
- Mobile Service: We prefer to limit the possibility that external factors, such as extremes in weather, will affect a windshield’s installation by performing our work in our climate-controlled shop with all our equipment available. But for those situations when getting your car to the shop is a hardship, mobile services are available.
- Open Saturdays: Our shop is open on Saturdays for those who can’t make a weekday appointment.
- Courtesy Van Service: Our courtesy van provides transportation for you while we repair your vehicle.
